Delivery and payment conditions Bürstenhaus Redecker • Minimum of order: € 250,00. • Delivery is always ex works, Versmold, Germany. • Returns can be processed only within 8 days after receipt of the merchandise. • Return deliveries will be accepted only after prior telephone consulation and must be properly postage-paid. • Shipments: when the customer has not given any shipping instructions, we always ship the fastest, but most economical way. The freight charges are billed to the customer‘s account. Freight charges are depending on volume and weight of the delivery. (Freight charges are billed at prime costs.) • Payment: Prepayment – the goods will always be invoiced in Euro (€).
